Jacki ~ What is the best way to clear obstacles between soulmates? I was in great need today and felt led to go to my favorite New Age store, where the owner introduced me to Blessed Herbal Quick Spells. I bought Spiritual Cleansing for myself, as this process has been quite difficult, and Reconcile for my soulmate and I to clear any past Karma. Can you suggest anything else? I didn't see the Soulmate or the Ganesh candle. Is it all right to burn more than one candle at antime? Thanks heaps! Elisabeth

Dear Elisabeth-

Clearing obstacles is great way to manifest your magical intent faster.  There are many things that can cause the blockages, and uncovering what you are dealing with will save a lot if time and energy.  Here are some examples of what it could be or it very may well be a combination of them.  It may be something else altogether, but use this list as a jumping off point.

Karma – there may be a lesson you both need to learn or something that happened in a past life that is blocking you two from going forward.  Use the Spirit Guide candle with a Vision Quest and Astral Travel candle while meditating.  Plant your roots in this lifetime and ask your guides to show you what event in this, past or future lifetimes is creating discord.  Then ask how it needs to be fixed or cleared.  Make sure at the end of the meditation you close the astral door to that lifetime and bring yourself into the here and now.

Disincarnate spirits – These spirits are not the wise, all-knowing beings that guide you, these are spirits that did not move on and feed off of negative energy.  They will affect negative change in your life to ensure an abundant supply of food.  Use the Uncrossing and Spiritual Cleansing candles with the following steps to help clear them from influencing you.   In meditation, call upon your guardian spirits and connect with them.  Ask them to take control over this spirit, calling in higher powers to do so if necessary.  Ask them to uncover the issue or personal belief that is allowing that disincarnate to have control in your life.  Let light fill your body, showing you where the darkness of this spirit is influencing you.  Ask that these areas are cleared.  As they are cleared, fill the void with your own energy.  After the meditation, take 3 whole, raw eggs and wipe down your aura with them, paying careful attention to the areas that were dark.   Carefully place the eggs, unbroken in a brown paper bag and take that bag to a  garbage away from your home.  Throw the bag in the garbage, turn around and don’t look back.

Confused Soul Parts – Sometime when we love someone so deeply and intensely we unknowingly exchange soul parts with them.  That can become very uncomfortable and create discord between you.  Light a Soul Mate candle, a Spirit Guide Candle and a Van Van candle.  While in meditation, ask your higher selves to send all of your partners soul parts back to them and ask for your soul parts to be returned.   Ask that all the parts that are willing to return to their oversoul do so, and the parts that do not want to are returned to the creator.  There may be hurts, trauma or issues that you may have been holding for each other and neither of you want them back.  You are not loosing anything if they do back to the creator.  There they will heal and eventually go back to you in a healthy manner.  Ask that each person accepts back their soul parts willingly.  When you are done with the meditation, let the candles burn some every day until they are done.  (Never leave a burning candle unattended) 

Outside interference – Use the Van Van candle to clear any outside interference then do the egg clearing that I referenced above.

These are a good start to enhance the work you are doing.  Using the Ganesha, Clearing Moon, Road Opener, Heart, Soul Mate and Karma Clearing Candles on a daily basis will also help.  GO ahead and combine your candles, there is a cumulative effect.

First rule of Prosperity Magic – it always works. The results of your magic depend on what spiritual blocks are encountered in you and how open you are to seeing prosperity manifest in your life.

Being an issue of financial well being, most prosperity spells start and end with “I need more money” or “I need $____ money to pay my bills.” That is an appropriate and efficient place to start. Those spells have worked for me and many people in various magical systems. The only problem with that spell is that you will need to do it again and again and again every time you need more money. That basic spell avoids the core issue of why there seems to be a lack of prosperity. The trick for the spell caster is to move deeper into the spirit, below the surface problem that a few more dollars may bandage. Look at it this way; if you have to cast a spell every time you desire a date, you know you are looking in the wrong direction for love. The same goes for Prosperity Magic.

Before casting your next money draw spell, take some time for a bit of self-evaluation; what is the core reason for your need of increased prosperity? It may not be obvious at first, so you will need to keep asking the question of “Why is that?” after each potential answer you uncover. This will (take comma out) not only get you to the core of the problem, but will make the layers of your block very apparent.

For Example:

I need more money….. Why is that?

I do not get paid enough…. Why is that?

My parents are older and need me to help care for them…

This is much more than just a money draw spell. Here you can focus on a Helping Hand Spell, or a spell to bring additional solutions. It may be a matter of more money, or this may be a matter of finding the piece of information that may solve your dilemma.

Another Example:

I don’t have enough to pay the bills…. Why is that?

Business has been slow… Why is that?

The economy is bad….

A spell to change the economy may be a bit far reaching, but a spell to draw new customers, creating a change in your personal economy is within your grasp. Asking for more money will just solve this month’s overhead, asking for more steady customers will solve this month’s bills and many more months to come.

One more example:

I can’t find a job…. Why is that?

There are not enough out there…

There are not enough out there? There is at least one out there for you. Someone just retired, or moved up, or did not perform to company standards. Some company out there is doing well and growing. There is a job out there for you. The brilliance of magic is that it stacks the deck in your direction. Just like making sure your resume is top notch, you want to make sure your energy, emotions, thoughts and actions are flowing in the direction you desire. If ANY of these 4 categories are not in sync, they will block all your magic.

Magic is the last point to tick off on your list of creating prosperity in your life. Your thoughts, actions, emotions and spiritual commitment need to be addressed before the magic will work. While you are looking at the situation, what other training do you need to qualify for the jobs available? Are you dressing for the interview and putting your best foot forward? Have you checked out books from the library on interviewing and finding a job? Do everything you can to get the edge, magic just makes your efforts grow times 1000.

When you are beginning your journey to life long prosperity, start by digging for the core need in your life. Your core need is that missing puzzle piece that keeps you going in a circle instead of spiraling up to prosperity. These core needs are central to you and your issues. To find this key to change you must look beyond the masks you have created that make it seem others are to blame for your situation. Keep digging until you can accurately address your blocks to prosperity and get out of the loop that causes you to repeat the same thing over and over again.   The quick fix of added cash can solve an emergency or two; following that up with a more focused magic can change your life for the better.

One of the tricks to Prosperity Magic is to understand that money is only a facilitator to attain what we desire and is almost completely virtual.  Even the paper money we exchange for goods and services are only given value by the government we reside under.  They create, value and destroy money as needed – so can we.

Think about it.  If money is only a facilitator to attaining your desires, then it is only a concept; an idea. Ideas reside in the spiritual realms, and we know how to tap into the spiritual realms. Ideas, concepts, money, love, they all exist in unlimited abundance and are there for the harvesting. We can create money and abundance as needed or desired if we can overcome the issues and resistance we have to being prosperous.

A few perfect examples are when I really wanted a PDA and when my sales person needed full time pay for part time work.

I knew I needed a PDA to keep myself organized and on schedule. I had too many things going on and kept over-booking myself. I looked for sales, used PDAs on e-bay, and even bid on a few, but they were all out of my financial range. I put a picture of the PDA I wanted on my prosperity altar and said I would manifest one, preferable sooner than later. Lo and behold, 2 days later my husband comes home with a PDA from work. His office experimented with using them for inventory purposes but it did not work out. His boss gave it to him since no one else wanted it, and my husband mentioned I was looking at them. It was the model of PDA that I put a picture of on my Prosperity Altar. Whammo! Prosperity Magic. If I had gotten the money for the PDA it would have gone to bills, so this was the non-money type of prosperity magic.

Kristin needed to double her income and being on commission only, meant she needed to increase her sales. There was one stipulation; she could only do it part time. Kristin created a prosperity corner of her desk and every day had 3-5 candles burning. They were not all prosperity candles. She had candles for healing candles, inspiration candles, forgiveness, energy, she would look at the major emotional issue going on and pick candle for that. Kristin knew that if her emotions and personal issues were balanced she could focus on her job when she was there and really help her customers.

The outcome of this is openness to finding her prosperity in new ways. She kept being presented with new ideas around prosperity and kept reading the suggested material. When she took classes on “The 4 Agreements”, then saw the Secret, then started another round of classes on “The Law of Attraction” customers and leads just started flowing to her. What she discovered is that she was so preoccupied with her own fears, stressors, and excuses of why the needs of other superceded hers she could not step into the flow of prosperity. Now she is in the flow and the outside influences the pop up are manageable no matter what the size (and there have been some really big ones!).

Money issues are such an emotional trigger within up, yet money is not an emotional being. Money is and intellectual, conceptual thing and does not exist in the emotional planes. We filter information through our senses and then our emotions before it reaches the intellectual part of the self. Any strong sensory or emotional reaction can affect the intellectual part of spirit. It is ironic that external stimuli go in one direction, but magic and manifesting is opposite that.

Thoughts lead to feelings

Feeling lead to actions

Actions lead to results

Thus an emotional reaction that affects our intellectual state can stop the manifestation of your magic.

Beliefs are created by our senses, emotions and intellect being in agreement. Beliefs are built by experiencing something, having an emotional response and mentally recording the outcome.

For instance:

As a child you saw a new toy in the store – Sensory input

You needed that toy to the core of your being; you would no longer be able to exist unless that toy belonged to you. – Emotional Response

You were told no, there is no money for such a frivolous thing when you have perfectly good toys at home. – Recording the outcome.

Our beliefs allow us to create or destroy money, just like the government. Do we deserve the money? Are we smart enough to be prosperous? Or simply, we will always lack for one reason or another. We not only do we have to overcome these personal sabotaging beliefs, but we have to battle universal or societal beliefs. Beliefs like

Money is the root of all evil

Money is bad and the poor and meek shall inherit the earth

If you don’t know how to manage money, you must be stupid

Having money makes you responsible and accountable to ‘The Man’

Money means accounting; you don’t want to be bothered with learning math – that’s for geeks!

Are you one of the workers or part of evil management?

Have you taken a vow of poverty to be holy, or are you a corrupt wealthy person? These beliefs play out over and over in our spirits, making it difficult to manifest money.

If you look a little deeper you may find that it is actually the lack that causes people to act out of their poorer nature.  These belief systems were created as control techniques that the rulers of our fates use to keep us in line. Did you know our current educational system was designed to create workers and not thinkers? WOW, how about that for a jolt. Maybe it is time to start actively manifesting your financial future.

Tackling these sabotaging beliefs one at a time; rewriting your financial destiny as you go WILL have a positive financial outcome in your life. As you go through your process, build a prosperity altar to remind you of your inner strengths and that there is enough abundance in the universe to go around.
